Decorama merges with Vallila Interior

In 1988 founded Decorama Oy, specialized in wholesale and retail of textiles and project sales of textiles, will merge with Oy Vallila Interior Ab on the 30th of April 2008.

Decorama’s business will continue without changes but under the name of Oy Vallila Interior Ab from the 1st of May 2008. Also there will be no changes in your contacts in business.

The merge is an intercompany transaction and does not influence the extend nor manner of Decorama’s business. All our employees will continue working with Vallila Interior.The business operations will still be led by Mr. Mikael Berner in co-operation with Vallila Interior’s CEO Mrs. Anne Berner.

We intend to gain efficiency and more structured way to operate after this incorporation of Decorama’s and Vallila Interior’s business operations.
